shipping and delivery

How long does it take to process my order? 

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days – usually 2, but sometimes a few days more. There is only one person designing, procssing the order, packing and taking it to the post office!

How long does the shipping take? 

NSW: 3-7 business days
Other parts of Australia: 3-10 business days

Can I track my order? 

Single T shirt will be posted as a regular non trackable mail. If you order multiple T shirts or Canvas bags, you will have tracking as this will be considered a parcel.

Do you ship internationally? 

Usually not, but if you really want something I can do Asia, UK & Europe, US & Canada. Please note your postage would be $30 or more.

Do you sell at a physical shop?

Yes! I am at the Rocks Market, every weekend. Please come and meet me there and shop.

orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled as long as I have not yet posted the order, however this is at the shop’s discretion. Please ask.

Do you offer gift wrapping or adding a card?

No, please order early and wrap it yourself when you receive it. I am not the best gift wrapper.

returns and damages

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page

What if my order arrives damaged?

We are only responsible for the damage that was clearly present at the time of shipping. Any damage that occurs during delivery by Australia Post or anyone else who handled the package must be claimed directly to them, if eligible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page
